This Privacy Policy establishes personal data processing regulations of www.jcaero.com visitors and other data subjects and the procedure of exercising data subjects’ rights in regard to the personal data processing performed by J&C AERO, JSC, code ID of legal entity 301608898, registered office address Vilties st. 11, Kuprioniškės, Vilnius region, email address info@jcaero.com (hereinafter—Data Controller or Controller).
The Controller can revise and change the Privacy Policy at any time, therefore, we recommend reading it from time to time to be aware of the relevant revised privacy policy. The publication date of the relevant revised privacy policy is specified on the top side of this web page.
The personal data of the website visitors is processed in accordance with the currently valid legislation by ensuring the proper technical and organisational personal data protection measures.
The Controller uses the personal data submitted by you or collected by the Controller pursuant to your consent solely for the purposes specified herein. Your personal data is transferred to the Controller’s Data Processors who render website storage and maintenance services. In cases envisaged by law, your data may be transferred to competent government institutions.

THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
In order to answer your submitted request and save the communication evidence (by exercising the legal interest to perform effective communication and avoid conflicts related to the customer service), the Controller shall process the following information submitted by you:
- by contacting using the email addresses specified on the website, the email address, the date, time of the email, and communication content with the Controller’s representative are processed;
- by sending the letter to the Controller’s registered office mail address specified on the website, the Sender’s name, surname, address, letter receipt date, and the information specified on the letter are processed;
- The enquiry submitted via the enquiry form on the website (https:///jcaero.com/contacts/), the name, surname, email address of the person who submitted the enquiry, the data submitted about the legal entity, date of enquiry, time, the content of enquiry are processed;
- by contacting via the social network LinkedIn, the name, surname, and communication content with the Controller’s representative are processed.
The personal data provided together with the enquiries and further communication with the Controller’s representation will be stored as long as it will be required to execute a specific task and ensure the exercise of the Controller’s rights but no later than 2 years since the receipt of this data.
By sending the enquiry via the social network LinkedIn account, the data submitted by you may be disclosed to the controllers of this social network and other persons, with whom the controllers of Facebook share the personal data. THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF PERFORMING ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, CONCLUDING AND EXECUTING PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENTS VIA THE ELECTRONIC SHOP
In order to conclude and execute the purchase-sale agreement via the Controller‘s e-shop, the Controller processes the following customers‘ personal data:
- name, surname, address, contact phone number, an email address;
- the information related to the order of goods placed at the e-shop (payment date, selected items, prices, quantity, payment method, other payment information, the applied discounts, bank account number);
- the information about the delivery location.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the aim to execute the purchase-sale agreement.
In the event that the agreement is concluded with a legal entity, the name, surname, position, representation basis of the representative of the legal entity who concluded the agreement are processed.
The above-specified data will be stored for 10 years since the end of the expiry of the purchase-sale agreement.

THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE JOB CANDIDATES
The Controller processes the personal data submitted by the persons who wish to be hired by the Controller’s company solely for recruitment and employment purposes by having legal interest to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the preferred job.
Besides the data voluntarily submitted by the job candidate who wishes to be employed by the Controller’s company for the recruitment and employment execution process, the Controller may collect and process otherwise the candidate’s data publicly available, i.e., look for the information online, check the candidate’s social network profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), etc. The Controller can also contact the former employers indicated in the job candidate’s curriculum vitae (CV) and/or public social network accounts and ask them to provide information on the candidate’s qualification, professional skills and qualities.
The data (name, surname, contact phone number, email address, the wanted position, and curriculum vitae) submitted by the candidate in the form-enquiry generated on the Controller’s website on the possibility to get hired at the Controller’s company is stored at the Controller’s company no longer than 1 year since the day of the data receipt via the generated form. The legal basis for processing personal data is the candidate’s consent.
The Controller stores the data submitted voluntarily by the candidate participating in the recruitment process published by the Controller for the wanted specific workplace and collected independently until the end of the specific recruitment process. The storage term of the personal data is extended only upon receiving a separate candidate’s consent. If the consent to store the candidate’s personal data after the end of the recruitment process is not granted, after the expiry of this term, the personal data of the candidate (both submitted by the candidate and collected by the Controller) shall be deleted.

DIRECT MARKETING
Every website visitor can subscribe to the news about the activity performed by the Controller, the new item offers, promotion campaigns, birthday offers, and other similar information (to subscribe to the newsletter) by entering the email address on the newsletter subscription form provided on the website. The legal basis for processing the personal data of the newsletter subscriber is the subscriber’s consent to receive newsletters.
When the newsletter is subscribed using the website, only the email address of the newsletter subscriber is used for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
For the purpose of direct marketing, the personal data shall be transferred to the Data Processors—the companies providing the marketing services.
The newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from the Controller’s newsletter by clicking the non-subscription link present in that newsletter or by submitting the request to the email address info@/jcaero.com. The personal data is processed 10 years since the newsletter subscription for the purposes of direct marketing. The information about the subscription (the consent to have the personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing) is stored for another year since the end of sending newsletters.
