J&C Aero, an international aviation center for innovation in cabin transformation and CAMO, has officially opened its brand-new cabin interior hub in Vilnius, Lithuania. The hub includes high-performance production and research facilities that enable the company to deliver full-cycle cabin retrofit programs: from new aircraft cabin interior development to its certification, production, and installation.

The 3,6000 sqm modern production facilities host the full range of cabin interior capabilities, including machining, composite, painting, and flatbed cutting shops, as well as cleaning, sanding, vacuum, foam, and general workshop areas. J&C Aero’s in-house DOA, POA, CAMO, and Part 145 teams, together with electrical, livery, 3D printing, and sewing units, have also moved to the new cabin interior hub.

In addition, the hub became home to J&C Aero’s R&D department – the region’s leading Research & Development Center that produces innovative cabin components, including custom-shaped lightweight windscreens, moveable class dividers with integrated Passenger Information Signs, and the industry-recognized convertible jump seat/aisle chair (Jump Seat Duo).

“Having our entire team under one roof, coupled with operating one of the most technologically advanced cabin interior facilities in the region, – it is definitely a game changer for us. From now on, we can deliver turnkey aircraft programs that cover everything from cabin modifications and the development of custom interior parts to their production and installation. The new capabilities also make us much more flexible, particularly compared with larger market players: where one takes years, our work can be done in months,” comments Laurynas Skukauskas, the CEO at J&C Aero.

“I am very proud of our team and grateful to our project partners – thanks to their invaluable effort and support, J&C Aero now has all the means to boost its presence on the global cabin interior market even further.”
