At J&C Aero, we are proud to be a part of collaborative projects to help future specialists to expand their knowledge and get new experiences. A few weeks ago, Vilnius Tech students visited our main engineering office and production facility to observe the manufactured products and processes at work.
During the session, students:
📍learned more about J&C Aero background and services;
📍engaged in various activities on production processes’ improvement;
📍offered their innovative solutions to the company.
We hope this experience helped Vilnius Tech students get an objective assessment of our processes in manufacturing enterprises as enablers of process innovation, new market opportunities, and high-quality products to the end customer.
