J&C Aero’s R&D team continues to redefine cabin innovation with the launch of Fluid Underbin Movable Class Dividers (MCD) – a solution that seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics, offering a versatile solution for creating separated areas inside an aircraft cabin.The MCD features an integrated mesh that not only adds to the visual appeal of the cabin but also enhances the passenger experience. The transparent mesh provides clear visibility of the Fasten Seatbelt signs, eliminating the need for additional electrical installations. The design adheres to all relevant safety standards while maintaining a modern, streamlined appearance.
Constructed from lightweight aluminium, the MCD ensures both durability and minimal weight, contributing to overall cabin efficiency. The mesh can be customized in a range of colours, allowing airlines to align the divider with their cabin design and branding. Additional personalization options include logos, patterns, and graphic elements, which can be applied through paint, stickers, or laser etching.
Designed for easy installation, the MCD attaches to the Passenger Safety Information Unit (PSIU) panel’s mounting rail, located beneath the overhead stowage compartments. It interfaces seamlessly with Type Certificate holder rails, ensuring compatibility with existing cabin structures. The MCD’s flexible design allows cabin crew to relocate the divider between pre-installed attachment points, offering airlines additional convenience and adaptability.
