In-house painting facilities enable us to paint small and large parts in controlled environment conditions, according to OEM-specified or custom colour schemes and with subsequent certification under EASA Form 1. We can also develop, supervise and conduct corrosion prevention programmes, and deliver on-site repairs on non-removable interior components (cabin hold item list).

Whether it is air ducts, hoses, gaspers or air distributors, our team can take care of in-depth inspection of air conditioning and pressurisation systems, thorough cleaning and quality repair while also ensuring full compliance with the SOPM/DFRM/aircraft maintenance manual (AMM)/structural repair manual (SRM) and other relevant standards.

Our maintenance team provides repair, modification, cleaning and inspection, and refurbishment of all interior windows and doors including lathes, hinges, handles, framing, window blinds, trims, framing and linings.

Our in-house electronics shop is equipped with an electrostatic discharge (ESD)-protected area that allows our team to inspect, repair and replace a wide range of onboard avionics and electrical elements – from simple components to coffee makers, ovens, other galley equipment and toilet systems.

Our vast in-house capabilities enable us to deliver top-quality interior solutions while using exquisite furnishing materials, adapting to non-standard forms and integrating high-tech, high-security equipment.

We provide extensive line maintenance support for regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft types. From line maintenance station setup and launch to scheduled and aircraft-on-ground support – we cover our airline customers’ needs. The scope of services covers inspections, cabin and avionics modifications, sheet metal minor works, parking storage support and a flying spanner service. We run both permanent and seasonal stations across the EU and the Balkans.
