J&C AERO, UAB, started to implement the project according to the tool ‘Creative Receipts COVID -19’ of the Action Program of European Union Funds Investments for 2014-2020. The funds of the tools cover the development and implementation costs of the original product solutions—non-technological innovations.
The aim of this project is to develop and implement the original design solutions of the products produced by the company and implement the marketing innovations. By using the sector potential of creative and cultural industries, J&C AERO, JSC, plans to increase the product assortment, awareness of the brand and company production quality.
The project is funded with the funds of the European Regional Development Fund, the funding amount of 69,383.29 EUR was allocated to the project.
In February 2022, J&C AERO, JSC, has started implementing the project according to the tool ‘E-Commerce Model COVID-19’ of the Action Program of the European Union Fund Investments for 2014-2020. The funds of this solution cover the implementation of information technology solutions for managing business transactions electronically.
By using the electronic commerce platform, the developed customer self-service solution will enable to present the assortment of produced goods, item modification possibilities, place orders, manage them, monitor the order progress, product delivery, and other processes for customers.
The project is funded with the funds of the European Regional Development Fund, the funding amount of 15,000.00 EUR was allocated to the project.
At the end of 2020, J&C AERO, JSC, initiated the project according to the action program tool ‘Industry digitisation LT’ of the European Union Fund Investments for 2014–2020. By using the equipment acquired during the project, the company plans to automatise and digitise the processes of aircraft seat repair and production of the related components.
The conducted technological audit of the production process revealed that in order to implement the business development vision and increase performance, new devices is necessary. During this project, the latest technologies of the production process management are installed, transiting toward the production processes based on automatisation and digitisation principles. The acquired equipment will enable to service more clients, decrease the order completion time, as a result, it will increase the company’s competitiveness in the market.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development fund, the amount of 517,457.00 EUR was allocated.
